Lead Hill's water
and wastewater utilities are operating far below their capacity,
serving both Lead Hill and South Lead Hill. The system pumps
water from two wells at 300 gallons per minute. Two storage
tanks hold 201,000 gallons, and the city is now using about
30 percent of its capacity.
